This Romanian EPPO/OLAF volume comprises a collection of EU and Romanian legislation relating to EU fraud investigations. It deals with EU fraud typologies, possible EPPO/OLAF measures in Romania, and relevant Romanian precedents. The first part of this volume covers the national legal situation with regard to EPPO investigations according to Art. 26--33 of the EPPO-Regulation. The second part of the volume deals with OLAF investigations in Romania including relevant national law and co-operation with national partners. Attorney Adrian Şandru and Mag. Alexandra Aldea have acted as the publication’s national experts. While written in English, the volume includes footnotes that reproduce the original Romanian legislation in the local language. Easily navigable with the help of visual symbols, it is designed as a quick reference tool for academics, students, practitioners and other interested readers.
