This report details a two-year German-Namibian Educator Exchange organised by Light for the Children Foundation and Suni e.V., aimed at cultivating educators' intercultural competencies and expertise in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Through workshops, training sessions, and collaborative projects, 14 educators developed learning modules and implemented ESD initiatives, impacting children across Germany and Namibia. The exchange surpassed expectations, fostering significant personal and professional growth among participants. Despite environmental concerns due to travel, the program's outcome was deemed significant, as it fostered lasting friendships and collaborative spirit among educators from both nations.
