»The Direct and Analogous Scope of Application of § 16 II StGB«: This thesis examines the criteria for both the direct and analogous scope of application of § 16 II of the German Criminal Code (StGB). It demonstrates that despite its limited practical relevance in terms of direct applicability, the normative weight of § 16 II StGB stands doctrinally on equal footing with the more practically significant § 16 I StGB.
